Share

Mike Prysner of the Center on Conscience and War and Joy Metzler, an Air Force Academy graduate discharged as a conscientious objector, explained how service members file for CO status and what the discharge costs them. Prysner said inquiries spiked during the Iran conflict past anything in the war on terror, and that his organization's applicants are approved about 99 percent of the time. Both previewed the July 4 march in Philadelphia.
